Anyone out there interested in attending a virtual class on German Wines? If the overall interest level in this is high, I would consider offering some type of online "German Wine-101" course that would be FREE only for VinVillage members.
If you are not familar with German wine yet, you should start learning soon as they are swiftly becoming a very "hot item" on the restaurant scene as German wines offer a wide varitey of styles that are extremely food friendly. So, if you're interested in learning more about German wines and would like to particiapte in an online course, let me know through this forum.
