First let me say, thank you for everyone who attended our first BYOB event. You did yourselves proud! The wines were fun, interesting, and more than a few, excellent. A special thank you for the Lantry meritage. I haven't had their wines in a couple of years and it brought back fond memories of my cafe's wine lists.
Please let me know your thoughts on which wines paired best with the paella and which paired best with the chocolate.
I'd also love any ideas on the next pairing event. Any preferences? BBQ? Cheeses? Sushi? ??? Anybody want to provide a venue for the next event? Let me know.
