Fennel pollen, lavender ice cream, Moroccan braised lamb, scallop "chops"... If you are a foodie, you won't want to miss this event! This is one of the best culinary festivals in the state, and on Sunday, the chefs bring out their gastronomic best. It's a bit pricey ($75 in advance, $85 at the gate), but well worth it...especially the unlimited wine! You can purchase your ticket online at http://westofwestern.... While you're on the website, check out the chef line up and the demonstrations scheduled. This is a great way to decide which new restaurants might be worth checking out soon.
