Ninetta's Passion Bistro is delighted to prepare for us an elegant, 3-course Italian dinner, complete with wine pairings. Additionally, the owners have invited a special guest to speak to us about the wines and pairings.

 

1st Course: Italian cheeses paired with Prosecco

 

2nd Course: Italian Beef dish - Cabernet Sauvignon

 

3rd Course: Chocolate Cinnamon Panna Cotta

 

For this event, you must make payment in advance, either by PayPal (which includes a service fee), or by mailing me a check or giving me cash or check (no service fee) at an earlier event.

 

All RSVPs must be paid in full by 2/24/2008.

 

Cost is $63.00 by check or $65.50 if you pay through PayPal. Payment must be made in advance (by 2/23) through the event listing at wine.meetup.com/288. We must have a minimum of 12 paid RSVPs by that date in order to hold this event.
